Tuition in lampwork and glass bead-making
Try your hand at glass bead making with one-to-one lessons...
You will learn the basics of working with molten glass or learn specific techniques you are interested in. Both beginners and more seasoned lamp-workers welcome!
I do taster sessions for people who are curious about the craft... Mother's Day treats and Birthday sessions are popular. I can also offer sessions and courses for the more serious enthusiasts who are interested in making glass-work a more long standing hobby!
During the sessions you will make beads that you can take home with you, there will be 'free-play' time to work on your own bead designs. All glass, fuel, equipment and kiln hire is included.
Lessons take place in my home studio in Bray-on-Thames near Maidenhead. There are plenty of nice places to visit nearby and places to stay. Why not make a long weekend of it?

Sessions and Pricing:
A one-off half day session of intensive one-to-one tuition is £100. (All materials, use of the torch, gas, tools, glass and kiln services are included in that price.)
Deals for demos, courses of multiple sessions, and special celebration days are available on request.
